• The organization accepts full responsibility for the program's cancellation or postponement due to any emergency, such as strikes or natural disasters.
• Your absence or failure to attend the program is not the organization's fault.
• Registration will remain open until the program concludes. In the event of a postponement, the validity will be extended until a new program date is announced. This condition does not fall under the refund policy.
• The organization prohibits and does not accept misbehavior, personal injuries, loss, or damage to itself and its delegates.

Authorization Policy
You agree that Precision Global Conferences (Organizer) can take pictures, videos, or recordings of your name, likeness, image, voice, and comments when you register for the conference. You also give permission for these materials to be published, copied, shown, shared, broadcast, edited, or digitized in any format, including publications, promotional materials, and other formats, around the world, without payment.
