Get ready to present your research at the 5th Edition of the International Neurology Conference (INC 2026) in the vibrant setting of Thailand. Starting at 8:30 AM on October 16, 2026, the conference will kick off with an inspiring opening ceremony, followed by thought-provoking keynote presentations, engaging speaker sessions, and interactive poster presentations. Arrive early, and let’s create an unforgettable experience together!

 

Abstract Submission

Authors can submit their abstracts either as an email attachment or through the conference’s abstract portal, where a sample abstract is available for reference. All submissions must be completed by the specified deadline; late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

Review & Selection Process

  • All abstracts must include the author’s details, title, presentation preference, and relevant scientific session and be within 250 words (including references).

  • A multidisciplinary panel will review submissions based on scientific merit and clarity.

  • The review committee may edit abstracts for readability and style.

  • After the review process, authors will receive email notifications regarding the status of their abstract.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) ensures that professionals continually enhance their knowledge, skills, and competencies.

The 5th Edition of the International Neurology Conference (INC 2026) in Thailand is accredited with 27 CPD credits, allowing attendees to advance their professional development through expert-led sessions, workshops, and networking with global neurology leaders.

 

Registration Information

Conference registration will commence at 8:00 AM on October 16, 2026, in Thailand. The final program will provide the exact details of the conference room.

The registration desk will be open daily from 8:00 AM onwards throughout the conference. Upon registration, attendees will receive:

  • Conference badge

  • Conference folder

  • Abstract book

  • Conference program

  • Lunch vouchers (to be presented to restaurant staff)

On-site coordinators will be available at the registration desk to assist with any inquiries.

 

Presentation Guidelines

  • Program Updates: The schedule may be subject to slight changes. Please be available in the meeting room from the conference start time on the day of your presentation.

  • Presentation Timing: Each speaker will have 20–25 minutes, including time for introduction and Q&A. Plan for 17–19 minutes of speaking time.

  • Language: The official language of the conference is English.

  • Format: Presentations must be in PDF or PPT format, with clear and legible visuals.

  • Submission: Submit presentation slides 15 days before the conference and bring a backup copy on a flash drive or other storage device.

  • Technical Check: Ensure your presentation is functioning correctly before your session begins.

  • Equipment Provided: Meeting rooms are equipped with a digital projector, screen, laptop, slide pointer, cordless microphone, desktop microphone, and basic sound system.

  • Laptop Use: To maintain smooth transitions and technical compatibility, personal laptops are not recommended unless necessary.

 

Poster Presentation Guidelines

  • Poster Assignment: Each poster will be assigned a number in the final program. Presenters must locate their designated display area and set up their posters 1 hour before the session starts. Hanging materials will be provided.

  • Poster Dimensions: Maximum display area is 1 meter (W) × 1 meter (H).

  • Preparation: Posters must be prepared in advance. On-site printing is not available.

  • Presentation Requirement: Presenters must remain at their posters during the session to engage with attendees.

  • Poster Collection: Please remove posters by the end of the day. Uncollected posters will be discarded.

 

Virtual Presentation Guidelines

  • Convenient Participation: Participate from the comfort of your home or office—no travel required.

  • Webinar Access: Registered participants will receive a meeting invitation with a personalized user ID a few days before the event.

  • Technical Preparation: Please join the session 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure a stable connection.

  • Presentation Timing: Each speaker will have 20–25 minutes, with 17–19 minutes allocated for the talk.

  • Screen Sharing: Keep slides open and ready before the session starts.

  • Pre-Recorded Presentations: If you are presenting pre-recorded content, please submit your video and slides at least 10 days before the conference.

Certificate Distribution

  • In-person Attendees: CPD certificates will be accessible via a QR code provided at the event and automatically emailed to the registered address.

  • Virtual Attendees: CPD certificates will be sent directly to the registered email after the event.

  • All participants will receive their E-Certificate via email within 2–3 working days of completing INC 2026.
