Starting at 8:30 AM, the conference will kick off with an inspiring opening ceremony, followed by thought-provoking keynote presentations, engaging speaker sessions, and interactive poster presentations. Abstract Submission:
Authors can submit their abstracts either as an email attachment or through the conference's abstract portal, where a sample abstract is available for reference. All submissions must be completed before the specified deadline, as late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Review & Selection Process
All abstracts must include the author’s details, title, presentation preference, and relevant scientific session and be within 250 words (including references).
A multidisciplinary panel will review submissions based on scientific merit and clarity. The review committee may edit abstracts for readability and style. After the review process, authors will receive email notifications regarding their abstract status.

The 3rd Edition of the International Neurology Conference (INC 2025) | Singapore is accredited with 27 CPD credits. It allows attendees to advance their professional development through expert-led sessions, workshops, and networking with global neurology leaders.
Registration Information
Conference registration will commence at 8:00 a.m. on October 20, 2025, in Orlando, Florida, USA. The final program will provide the exact conference room details.
The registration desk will be open daily from 8:00 AM onwards throughout the conference. Upon registration, attendees will receive:
- Conference badge
- Conference folder
- Abstract book
- Conference program
- Lunch vouchers (to be presented to restaurant staff)
Onsite coordinators will be available at the registration desk to assist with any inquiries.
Presentation Guidelines
- Program Updates: The schedule may be subject to slight changes. Please be available in the meeting room from the conference start time on the day of your presentation.
- Presentation Timing: Each speaker will have 20-25 minutes, including time for introduction and Q&A. Plan for 17-19 minutes of speaking time to stay within the schedule.
- Language: The official language of the conference is English.
- Format: Presentations must be in PDF or PPT format, with clear and legible visuals.
- Submission: Please submit your presentation slides 15 days before the conference and bring a backup on a flash drive or other storage device.
- Technical Check: Ensure your presentation is functioning correctly before your session begins.
- Equipment Provided: The meeting room has a digital projector, screen, laptop, slider with pointer, cordless microphone, desktop microphone, and basic sound system.
- Laptop Use: To maintain smooth transitions and technical compatibility, using personal laptops is not recommended unless necessary.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Poster Assignment: In the final program, each poster will be assigned a poster number. Presenters must locate their designated display area and set up their posters one hour before the session starts. The necessary hanging materials will be provided.
- Poster Dimensions: The allocated display area is 1 meter (W) × 1 meter (H).
- Preparation: Presenters must prepare posters in advance and bring them to the conference. On-site printing is not available.
- Presentation Requirement: Presenters should remain at their posters throughout the session to engage with attendees and discuss their work.
- Poster Collection: Posters must be removed by the end of the day. Any posters left behind will be disposed of.
Virtual Presentation Guidelines
- Convenient Participation: Virtual presentations allow participants to present remotely from home or work without the need for travel.
- Webinar Access: Registered participants will receive a meeting invite with a personalized user ID a few days before the event.
- Technical Preparation: Join the meeting 30 minutes early to avoid last-minute technical issues.
- Presentation Timing: Each speaker will have 20-25 minutes, with 17-19 minutes allocated for the presentation and the remaining time for introduction and Q&A. Please adhere to the scheduled timing.
- Screen Sharing: Keep your presentation slides open on your device at the start of the session to ensure a smooth screen-sharing experience.
- Pre-Recorded Presentations: If you prefer to submit a recorded presentation instead of presenting live, please send the recording and PowerPoint slides at least 10 days before the event.

- For in-person Attendees, CPD certificates will be accessible via a QR code provided at the event and automatically emailed to the registered address.
- Virtual Attendees: CPD certificates will be sent directly to the registered email after the event.
All participants will receive their E-Certificate via email within 2-3 working days of completing INC 2025.
